Returns & Exchanges

  1. What is your return policy? We offer a 14-day return policy from the delivery date. To qualify, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with tags attached.

  2. How do I initiate a return? To start a return, email us at support@theregalwardrobe.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.

  3. Do you offer exchanges? Yes! If you’d like a different model or color, please contact us, and we’ll arrange an exchange based on availability.

  4. Are returns free? We currently do not cover return shipping costs, except for faulty or incorrect items.
