Do you want to exchange or return your purchase? We are happy to help! Exchanges or returns can be made up to 14 days after the delivery date.

Exchanging or returning is quick and easy by following the steps below:

Send us an email at support@theregalwardrobe.com with your order number and return request. Example email subject: (#0000 Return). You will receive a return form from us. Fill this out clearly and include it with your return package. Deliver your package to the carrier of your choice within 30 days after receipt. Once we receive your return in our warehouse, we will process it within 14 working days. Our return department will keep you informed via email.

For items purchased on sale or discounted items, The Regal Wardrobe does not offer refunds. These items can only be exchanged for another item from the collection or redeemed for store credit.

What should I do if a product is defective or damaged?

If a product arrives damaged or defective, we are happy to resolve the issue with you. Please send an email to support@theregalwardrobe.com with a photo of the issue, and our customer service team will assist you as soon as possible.

What should I do if I want to return my order outside the return period?

Please ensure your return is delivered within the 14-day period before it expires. If returning within this timeframe is not possible, we may offer an exchange or store credit. Contact our customer service team for further assistance.

How long does a refund take?

We aim to process returns as quickly as possible. After receiving your return in our warehouse, we will process it within 10 working days. Your tracking number will indicate when the package has arrived at our warehouse. From that date, the 10-working-day processing time begins.

Once the refund is issued, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that it may take up to 3 additional days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
